Interview with Dr. Paolo Antolini during the first National Workshop on metabolomics and precision nutrition organized by the Val Sambro Laboratory in Bologna. Dr. Antolini, general practitioner, biochemist and founder of the Apollo Method, explains the advantages in clinical practice and in the approach to the patient, brought about by the availability of data provided by the metabolomic profile of organic acids.
